We are very proud of our unique approach to menu creation and the accolades that we have received for our cuisine.
Each of our menus is created specifically for you and can be tailored to fit any style or dietary need. Chef and owner Lisa Benusa , chef Mark Henry and sous chef Chris Winans, along with our team, prepare everything from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. We also grow as many items as possible in our large vegetable and herb gardens.
We have plenty of favorite menu items that we love to prepare on a regular basis, but we are constantly trying out new dishes discovered both by us and even by our couples. We welcome any requests for things such as family recipes and we hope to get the chance to prepare a menu for you and we can’t wait for the opportunity to be inspired by you!
